Abby McBride is a freelance artist and naturalist from New England.   She graduated summa cum laude from Williams College in 2006, with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.

Abby illustrates New York City Audubon's bimonthly Urban Audubon.   She creates artwork for wildlife reserves, birding festivals, and environmental organizations.

Abby recently returned from a half-year in Ecuador, where she researched and drew birds of the cloud forest, jungle, and Galápagos.   She is currently living in Hadley, Massachusetts.
